Before ordering: check that your operating system, hardware and existing security software are compatible. This server agent requires administrator access; an ordinary shared-hosting or reseller account is not enough.
Installation required: provide the server IP at checkout. You or your administrator must install and configure the agent once the licence is available. Buying a licence does not install the software.
