CentOS does not add extra IPv4 addresses automatically. Add an address with:
ip addr add IP/24 dev eth0
Replace IP with the additional address assigned to your service.
The address may be removed after a restart or operating system reinstallation. Use another operating system if you need the extra addresses to remain available without this issue.
